Iron Man arc reactor cosplay help

Hello there, I’m making a cosplay for an arc reactor. Example here: http://stuffandymakes.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/IMG_0497.jpg (the silver outling circle thing)  Problem is, I can’t find a housing thing to put the leds and what not in it. I’ve searched for coffee tumblers with the metal tops and I have found only one that was metal (it was 15 dollars). I’ve been thinking of using a drain clogger/ strainer but I would have no idea of how to fit any of the leds since they have already been wired. I can unwire but the process would be very tedious. Does anyone know a better alternative or a place to find these metal coffee tumblers?
